Origin operations

S.I.P.S. Hydro Mechanical Services, Mumbai

Sourcing and quality verification in India is carried out with S.I.P.S. Hydro Mechanical Services, a Mumbai contracting firm established in 1991 with three decades of vendor management and quality control on projects for developers including Unitech, Godrej Properties and Godrej & Boyce.

Material is inspected at the plant before loading. A supplier with people at origin can hold a shipment, resolve a deviation in the right time zone, and confirm what is in the bag before it leaves the country.
